Compatible product WARRANTY

Your printer warranty when using compatible products supplied by Solid Inks Ltd is something we take very seriously.

EU law states that original manufactures must provide warranty regardless of whose product is installed and must provide proof that the product in use is the cause should a problem occur. An official statement in writing must be given stating that the printer has failed due to the use of non-recommended manufacturers products.

Rest assured Solid inks Ltd warrants that its products are suitable for use in the intended models and are free from defects that could cause damage to these printers. Should it be shown that a printer is damaged due to the use of a Solid Inks Ltd product, Solid Inks Ltd will either return your printer to the manufacturer's specification at its cost, opt to pay reasonable and customary charges for the repair of your printer, or provide an equivalent new or refurbished printer.

Because of our experience we recommend that users of any products supplied by Solid Inks Ltd call us first to discuss any problem with their printer regardless of their warranty status. This way we can decide to invoke our warranty procedure saving you time and cutting out the original manufacturer's procedures should there be a problem.

Something else we love to shout about is that when your printer warranty has expired and you are using Solid Inks Ltd compatible products, should you have an ink related problem our warranty still stands.
